I build the systems that outlast the reorg. Scaled on influence, not authority.
Frame. Architect. Influence. Scale.
Mentorship Ecosystem
From pilot to enterprise infrastructure in three years
A merger was pulling people apart. I built the system that kept them connected, then made it scale. What started as a 45-person pilot grew into a 174-participant cross-business ecosystem in three years, built entirely on influence, with no authority to require a single sign-up. I designed it as infrastructure rather than a program: a data-informed matching model built with engineering, a ten-week development curriculum, and governance that grew alongside it. The work earned the company's Multiplier Excellence Award.
